Megan Gaither is entering her second season with the Tulsa Talons as the Ticket Director. Gaither graduated from Union High School in 2002, attended Tulsa Community College and received an Associates degree in Liberal Arts and graduated from Northeastern State University with a degree in Marketing/Economics with an emphasis in Promotions and Communications.

Gaither resides in Tulsa, Okla. with her family and daughter, Jayla, born in December 2009.
